Alex joined Plimsoll in 2019, transitioning from Production Management into Operations. Now heading up the department, Alex oversees the essential infrastructure and teams that keep our offices running smoothly and efficiently.
Championing Plimsoll’s fun and inclusive culture, Alex is passionate about creating an exceptional workplace environment. This includes working with the HR team to facilitate our Wellbeing programme, organising our company events, and contributing to both the Culture and the Sustainability goals of the business.
Alex also heads our Trainee scheme, recruiting and supporting junior staff to ensure they get the best possible exposure and opportunities to launch their careers.
