As Manager of the Executive Office, Lucinda plays a pivotal role at the centre of the business to ensure the company’s Senior Leadership Team is aligned and well-supported, allowing them to focus on delivering ambitious, premium productions. Working closely with the CEO, COO and Senior Leadership Team, Lucinda coordinates executive priorities across Development and Productions and acts as a key point of contact for external partners.
Leading the Executive support team, Lucinda oversees forward planning, executive communications and CEO-led projects, translating creative and organisational strategy into actionable plans. With a strong focus on collaboration and efficiency, Lucinda helps create the conditions for teams to deliver at pace, supporting the smooth running and continued growth of the business.
